Loan files contain your borrowers’ most sensitive information. LANIS TIER|ONE is built so that information stays private, stays with the company that owns it, and travels only over encrypted connections.

  • Secure, audited hosting: LANIS runs on Railway, a cloud infrastructure provider independently audited under SOC 2 Type 2 and SOC 3, with servers in the United States.
  • Encrypted everywhere it travels: every connection uses HTTPS (TLS) encryption.
  • Your data stays yours: each company sees only its own users and loan files, checked by our servers on every request. We never sell or share borrower data.
  • Role-based access: Loan Officers, Processors, Administrators and managers each see only what their role allows.
  • Protected accounts and payments: passwords are one-way hashed, sessions expire after 12 hours, and card payments are handled by Stripe and never reach LANIS servers.
  • Built for mortgage compliance: LANIS supports lenders’ obligations under the GLBA Safeguards Rule.
